Sealy bed so uncomfortable with so much noise

Sealy mattress so uncomfortable I bought a mattress in 2019, Sealy brand King size. The bed is so uncomfortable, when one person turns in one side, the whole bed shakes so uncomfortably you can hardly sleep. We keep waking each other up the whole time. We reported the bed at the shop and we were promised that someone from Sealy would call but no one is calling.

This has to be the worse mattress we ever bought. Cheaper ones seem to be a lot comfortable than this mattress.

I have been told I would be contacted regarding this but no one is contacting me. The springs are making so much noise are shacking the whole bed as if it’s water bed.
