Poor service

I purchased bed in 2020 bed is faulty reported it to dial a bed it took sealy 1n half weeks to get back to me ask for pictures sent threw never ever responded I had to call ...when spoke to the agent oh we see the bed is faulty u must pay 4775 I told them I need to see the bed they replacing me wit went to view the agent at dial a bed words were sir they are robbing u disgusting never reply to my messages till to day past few weeks waking up wit a back problem sore body this includes my wife as well STAY AWAY FROM SEALY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE NEVER BOTHERS TO RETURN CALLS NOTHING 12 YEAR WARRANTY MEANS NOTHING btw ref number Ref s373775
