Poor quality with poor aftermarket service..
I purchased a Sealy bed from Sleepmasters in beginning of December, a week later it started dipping as I see everyone have experienced the same problems. After exchanging the bed it dipped again. After 50 emails back and forth I was told I'm making this up and Sealy and Sleepmasters can't understand that I'm the only one in South Africa that's experiencing problems. They exchanged the bed again the weekend with a bed that was modified and is extremely hard. I was told that I should take my money and f@cK off by the executive of Pepcor life style and the sales executive person at Sealy is ignoring me where no one is bothered to resolve this except forcing a refund .

21 Jan 2025, 19:36Dear Verdi.
I have given all the facts with my initial review and yet you pretend you don't know who I am. But when I phoned you you knew exactly who I am.
It's clear that Sealy do not want to resolve this and looking at the amount of claims its funny that's its mostly items purchased from the JD group. Makes a person wonder why the only option is to refund me???

23 Jan 2025, 12:25It's been 2 days where non of your senior management bothered to reply to my emails??
Can someone please assist me to get this resolved. I bought a bed with black Friday, now I should take my money and go somewhere else, I don't think that's a fair solution??
I did not ask Sealy to cut corners on quality to please the JD group, there is no other complaints except for the JD group. Makes a person wonder why I get asked to take a refund??
