Poor quality of beds ever

I have now been waiting for two months for you to attend to the matter of the mattress that has a bump and making spring noise when you sleep on it don't tell me about rotating the mattress we have done that and the bed is 6 months old is not even suppose to be doing plans like rotating matteresses you must be very embarrassed at the qaulity of your beds lately because this is a disgraced you It's either you replaced this bed or we taking it back to the shop then they can deal with you pictures will be forwarded accordingly so that you can see the type of quality you sell You are disgusting shame by not wanting to take accountability
