Poor quality bed from Sealy

We bouth a king size XL pillow top medium in 2019, we exchanged it in 2020 due to the springs collapsing and the bed sinking in places, 5 years later, we have the same problem (bed is still inder gurantee)- tryng to sort it out with Sealey is a nightmare as we keep being asked ot send pictures and a reference number, ut nothing happens. The pics dont show the bed, soemone needs to come in and evaluate but I keep getting no respnse, ery dissapointed in Sealy . I think I will change my bed brand

Hi good day Mr Pratha, thank you for your email, the mattress is 1+ 9 meaning 1 year guarantee and 9 years warrantee the mattress is out of the guarantee period and is now in the warrantee period. A Factory Guarantee Repair or Replacement Period is against faulty workmanship and faulty materials, not extending to damage caused by normal wear & tear, abuse, misuse or negligence. A Service Warranty Period is the balance of the period outside of the Guarantee period where the cost of repair or replacement is borne by the customer on a pro rata basis for the remainder of the Service Warranty Period. To determine the length of your warranty and its terms, simply match the range on your mattress label with the range on the below schedule. I will get one of the agents to contact you today. Thanks Verdi

Best regards,

I am shocked at your response, really? How can u accuse me of wear and tear and abuse/misuse , negliglence. ???I understand that it is in warranty period- but it was not misuse and wear and tear- we have another bed brand in our other room that is not sagging in places like the sealey bed so the Sealey bed needs to be replaced as it definitely is a factory fault- this is the second time we are experiencing this problem with this mattress.
