Poor quality bed

I'm very disappointed with Sealy. I bought a Sealy Paloma 152cm queen bed @ sleepmasters online and was delivered on the 12/08/2024,firstly the bed was different in colour with the one that I saw online but chose to accept it with the colour that was deliver not knowing the worst is yet to come. On the 13/08/2024 the day after getting the bed, I woke up to a mattreds that had a dent from the side where I was sleeping. The mattress is said to be a "firm" mattress, but now it's uneven a day after receiving it..... IM SO Disappointed, I do not recommend anyone to buy the Sealy paloma. I'm never buying a Sealy bed again I want my money back from Sleepmasters
