POOR QUALITY BED

I bought a sealy posterpedic bed and mattress which was 10years guarantee at Lewis Secunda the bed and mattress are falling apart its not even 10years old .Sealy is nolonger strong like it used to be please help

TILL NOW I DIDNT GET ANY HELP WAS TOLD TO PAY R4200 THEN WAS REDUCED TO 2400 WHY MUST I PAY FOR A FACTORY FAULT?? AND THEY NEVER CAME BACK TO ME FOR RESPONSE
