Poor quality

A Sealy Avino Gel was purchased in August 2015. There is steel ribbon bursting through the side. The springs are deformed. The base set is collapsing. Top frame distorting and side reinforcement is deformed. This from a supposedly top rated product. Having called Dialabed I was told your numerous stages of warranty. That's great! So poor quality and assembly must be provided data with a client. Please contact me to give me your decision as regards replacement. My next step is to access multiple forums and sites to show pictures of this bed and the hazards involved. I have two twins and the exposed ribbon strip is right at their face level. I am sure I am not the only person purchasing Sealy beds and hence others may be interested in the quality at the end of 24 months. If a 10 year warranty is offered, two years is not reasonable life time. So guys, after going back and forth for a week let's start making some waves through channels that might affect the way you resolve client complaints.
