Poor after sales service and Sealy does not honor their warranty

I purchased a Sealy Skyline MK11 MATT mattress in November 2021 from our local Dial a Bed. The service from the employees from the Dial a bed was outstanding. Upon receiving my bed and base the base was as issue and had to be changed 3 times. I went back to the store this past week and laid a complaint for the mattress which is starting to sink in. The bed has a 10yr warranty. I was contacted by the Bravo Brands Agent to advise an inspector would be sent out to have a look at the mattress. The inspector came through and i was advised i would be notified of the outcome the following day. I was contacted the following day by the Bravo Brands Agent who advised me that the base is the problem which they will gladly replace and then it will sort out the mattress. The mattress just as body impressions. I spent a lot of money on this bed and its literally sinking in when i sleep on the mattress and you are not even supposed to feel any movement on the bed when someone else moves on the bed. I would advise you rather invest your hard earned money on another brand and not to be fooled by the warranty period when these beds are being sold to you as the after service is poor and Sealy does not honor their warranty.
