Painful mattress

I've been sleeping on sealy posturepedic mattresses almost all my life and always recommend them. In December I bought a queen Ponto Firm mattress and base and I'm sadly disappointed in this mattress. I wake up almost everyday with a sore back, really can't sleep for too long because it's painful, and you can hear the springs inside the mattress while sleeping. When you inhale or exhale the springs inside the mattress make a noise and it's actually irritating to hear. I've made contact with Sealy a few weeks ago, communicated with Ayanda via email, I've asked for a follow up after a few weeks but didn't receive any feedback again yet. I would really like some assistance as I've been a Sealy customer for most of my life and I never had any problems until this mattress.
