I bought a Sealy bed at Bradlows on the 5th of September 2024 cash, and it was delivered on the 17th September 2024 and I was happy with the bed up until 3 to 4weeks later I noticed that the bed in the middle is going down and reported the matter to the store. I've been up and down and always they were taking me from pillar to post and have excuses that they are busy up until last week Tuesday I went to the store and shouted and told them that I'll write to hellopeter that's when I was taken seriously. On Thursday last week they delivered a mattress for exchange and promised that they'll collect it the following day as I no longer want Sealy but want another brand... Since then they are quiet even when I go or call the store they always say they'll come back to me of which that was not the agreement and they have not even refunded me my change since the other bed is lesser.... I'm not happy with Bradlows at all pls assist me.
