I bought a bed at bradlows in Southgate in March 2021 my invoice states 10 year guarantee last I called them to tell them that my base and mattress is not good anymore can I exchange guess what they told me to pay R3600 in order to exchange nothing on this invo9ce says that come a certain year and your bed is not in good condition you must pay again so I am not happy if they say 10 year guarantee with no hidden disclosures surely it can be exchanged

14 Jul 2025, 08:05Hi Lucinda, our terms and condition is as follows 1+9 meaning 1 year guarantee in which any fault will be replaced by the supplier and 9-year warranty which the cost will be carried by the customer. I can assist with a reduced amount once paid we will authorize the mattress for exchange. thanks Verdi
