Don’t buy seally or use The Mattress Warehouse

As per our engagement over the past few weeks, herewith official writing w.r.t. concerns.

The Mattress Warehouse was the 3rd company we visited to decide on a mattress meeting both my husband and my requirements:

1. Soft enough to decrease pressure on pressure points (side sleeper) but not too soft to ensure lower back support 2. Firm to provide lower back support - back sleeper 3. Stable base to limit movement of co-sleeper when parties toss and turn in sleep

The unit on your floor met all the required criteria. Even though Sealy advised that their specifications did not change, the new unit delivered at our home, is not aligned with the unit tested on your floor. The comfortable softness of the mattress on your floor is not present in the unit delivered. This unit is so hard it causes major discomfort on pressure points.

I even returned the week of 20 September to your premises to test the unit on your floor again - which gave the exact same comfort which convinced us to buy that specific unit. The regional manager even tested our mattress at our home and agreed that these units are not comparable.

Please advise how this can be addressed. Frankly, we would not have procured this mattress if the unit on your floor was as uncomfortable as the new unit delivered to us. We have tested at least 20 different mattresses between the 3 locations. This was not an online sale, thus we new exactly what our #1 choice was. Should you not be able to provide an amicable solution to this problem, not costing us any additional money, we request a refund in full for the misrepresented mattress.
