Defects on iur base

We bought a sealy bed via matress warehouse which is not meeting our expectations as we don’t enjoy the bed due to issues raised with them where they called and yoldbus the bases would be changes matress warehouse will call us which all didn’t happen. We find the base not having equal legs.
