BAD BED Quality (Gel Plush)

Hi, In June I bought a Sealy Gel plush, as a trusted brand I expected top quality on the brand. The bed is fine as it won't make your back sore or anything however the bed is sooo jiggly! It feels like we are sleeping on a water bed! Which makes it so Uncomfortable cause if my husband turns, I will be awoken up by the movement as if I'll be falling of the bed as the moves crazily, same thing with him, when I turn his sleep is disturbed when I move.

We told them about the complain and they said they will send a technician to have a look and no one was supposed to be there when he "Tested"the bed. He was alone so there is no way that he could have felt the jiggling effects that you feel when the next person moves on the bed, so they said there was no factory fault on the bed. Now we are stuck with an expensive useless bad cause we can't enjoy a peaceful sleep any they are not willing to do anything to assist us.
