SEACOM: WORST SERVICE EVER

WORST SERVICE EVER. The fiber at my business has been down since 25 May. After numerous calls they have still done absolutely nothing about it. The provide no feedback and make no contact. Their online support has been down since 10 May, so only the call center - where nothing happens - is available. I have wasted hours calling and still my problem hasn't been resolved. They have acknowledged (I've sent a photo per whatsapp) that the fault is on their side, and yet no action from them.
