Seacom - no service and will never ever refund you. Awful business!

Non existent customer service. Incredibly hard to cancel product & one cancelled billing continue.

More than 6 months later and still no refund. They do not reply to emails and it’s impossible to get hold of them telephonically. Only response is when they are shamed on social media. But that doesn’t mean you get your money back.

Stay away from seacom. Support a business who gives a sht about their customers
