Seacom is the worst possible internet / service provider ever dealt with

We have had the worst experience as a company making use of Seacom's services. It has been troubled from the start, with installation and signal. The past two weeks we have not received feedback regarding our account, with numerous emails sent and none of the phone lines working. Seacom has overcharged us every single month that we have made use of their services. Cancelling services and taking our business elsewhere. For anyone else reading this, stay far away from Seacom
