Seacom became Telkom

Is Seacom the new telkom? Cancelled the service for our business to be ending on 30 November 2022 since then the debit order has gone every month, although we have had confirmation that everything is cancelled and refund is pending. The debit order went off this month again. Utterly pathetic for such a large international business that can get there house in order. Spoken to multiple account people at Seacom but still nothing has been resolved. Disappointed to say the least avoid as far possible.
