Bad services

Terrible customer service. Their bad internal processes affects customers. I am still waiting for my refund where they debited me twice and now they are telling me that the money I deposited went to the other account, I will get a refund once it's been transferred to them. But hey we're able to see the deposit, why not refund me and sort out your internal processes at our own costs. I have sent more than 3 emails, nothing as yet
