Poor service delivery

As I go through people’s comments about Joey Douman and S&E panel beaters - I am really failing to agree with the comments regarding her good professional customer service. We have received no good service since day one our car was taken to S&E. I cannot express how disappointed I am with their service delivery. My father’s car was involved in a car accident and the car was initially taken to S&E in March, we complained again after the gearbox wasn’t fixed properly and the car was taken back in May - to date we don’t have our car. Joey makes promises she doesn’t keep. We just want a report of our car (MERC E200) so that we can have it back and move on!
