Worst customer service!!!!!!

Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the service I have received regarding the repairs to my vehicle. I was advised that my vehicle would be ready and returned to me today. However, I have had to personally follow up with your team to find out when I would be able to collect my vehicle. I should not have to continuously chase the panel beater for basic communication regarding the completion and collection of my vehicle. During my follow-up, I spoke to one of your representatives who advised me that he would call me shortly to confirm what time I should come and collect the vehicle. Unfortunately, despite this assurance, I have still not received a call or any further communication from him. I find this extremely disappointing and unprofessional. If there has been a delay or a change in the collection arrangements, I expect to be informed proactively rather than having to repeatedly contact your team for updates. I would appreciate an urgent response confirming the status of my vehicle, the reason for the lack of communication, and exactly when I can collect it. I trusted your company to handle my vehicle professionally, and unfortunately, the level of service and communication I have received so far has not met my expectations. Please treat this as a formal complaint and provide me with a response as soon as possible. Regards Buyisile
