Excellent Service!!!

I was involved in a car accident and I took my car to S&E panels beaters in Robertville. I was assisted by the lady called Joey Douman. My first contact with her, she was very friendly, greeted me with a smile as if she knows or we've met before.

After we met she explained everything that needs to be done/fix on my car in simple terms as if she knew that I'm not a car expect. Every second day she'll call me to update me on the progress. I was very impressed with her and it made me feel that my car was in good hands.

What also impressed me was the turn around time, initially she said by the 3rd of June my car will be ready, on the 2nd of June I received a call from her advising me that the car is ready, I can come fetch it. (under promise over deliver)🙌🙌🙌

Another thing she was transparent, she told me that my insurance authorized alternative/second hand parts. I had to take it up with my insurance and they authorized new parts. If it wasn't for Joey my car was going to be fixed using second hand parts as per my insurance instructions.😭😭😭

After couple of days, she called me to find if I'm happy with my car and everything is in good condition.😍😍😍

Thank you Joey for everything you did for me, you are a star and a good ambassador for your company. You are very passionate with what you are doing , it's very difficult to find people like you.
