Waiting more than a week for settlement letter

I have been waiting for settlement letter for an account that was handed over more than a week ago and i need it to be urgently reactivated as i have a client making payments into the account. I have called countless number of times and no one from the call centre or the bank can assist in escalating the matter. This is really dissapointing from both FNB and SDK attorneys
