I settled the FNB connect account in May and yet my account was *****ulently debited again for an amount of R1698. My credit bureau profile was never updated to show that I have settled the accounts with a discount offered. I still receive calls from agent and text messages informing me that I did not honour the payment agreement but yet the payments were settled in May through a debit order. I demand the full amount be reversed and stop the debiting my account.

Unacceptable delay: Settlement letter still not issued after POP sent on 18 June
I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction regarding the ongoing delay in issuing my settlement letter. I submitted the Proof of Payment (POP) on 18 June, and since then, I have been repeatedly given the runaround. Every time I call, I am assured that the letter is being drafted and will be sent immediately, yet nothing has arrived. This lack of service is completely unacceptable, and I require this matter to be escalated and resolved today FB***
