Unsatisfactory & Unprofessional Service by SDK Attorneys

<p>I recently received one of the most unprofessional service fom the above mentioned Attorneys whom one of my accounts was handed to. On the 9nth of August 2016 I received an sms from them informing me that I had failed to honour my arrangement to pay R500 each month of which I then contacted them to inform them that I have honoured my arrangement & have made a payment of R800 on the 1st of August 2016. The consultant on the line told me they needed to talk to their supervisor & will get back to me of which they did not & I myself had to pick up my phone again & called them as this affects me. I was told the very same story about a supervisor & was given this E-Mail address : ********** send my proof of payment (Which i did) but to this date I haven't been contacted. If this is how all their clients are treated then I feel they need to be seriously dealt with. Their number is (051) ********** </p>
