Unable to settle loan due to uncontactable Attorneys

I had a capfin loan, got retrenched at work. I informed CAPFIN, yet my account still got handed over. I called last month to settle the account, the agent i spoke to set up a debit order (which did not go through on the date i had requested). I have been trying to call SDK from the 15th of april in order to get account details to settle the outstanding amount, to no avail. The line just rings unanswered.
