***** poor quality service

It’s been two months of unnesSucesfuly trying to get any form of written correspondence from this place. I received a sms from FNB I have been handed over with no prior notification for a what I thought was a dormant acc. SDK sends in total 2 sms, no bank details no nothing! I spoke to someone last week who agrees to email me documents to stipulate things and also the bank account. Nothing. The fone is unavailable the whole of today and then 5 minutes ago I get through and someone says the lady I spoke to wil contact me soon to corroborate my story.

They want payment but still no bank details!! How have they been tasked to handle debt collection for FNB??
