Terrible Service

If you are looking for a Fiber installation do yourself a favor and avoid this company like the plague. They operate in Mosselbay area. From the word go the service was lacking. We were told to complete the application online. When we did we received an invoice with the incorrect amount. Upon calling and reporting this we were told by Ferdie - not sure where he fits in the company that we must not worry. They will sort it our. So off the bat we were apprehensive. Following this our deposit was paid and 3 weeks later we still had no fiber. When we called we were told there was a mix up because our house is on a plot that was sub-divided and that there was a problem with Openserve and the municipal bills. (all relevant documentation was submitted upon application). Thus the fiber was installed at the incorrect address and not ours. When we asked for feedback we received none unless we called the supplier. We have cancelled our contract and requested a full refund. As we understand it SCwisp is a supplier for Openserve. I am sure Openserve would be horrified if they knew how potential clients were treated. Ferdie is arrogant and extremely rude with clients. SCWisp is Not a company we would like to support.
