Disastrous service to say the least from SCP Radiology (CapeGate).
Called SCP Radiology (CapeGate) on Friday, 3 July 2026 @ 16:20. The phone rang & the call dropped. The website stated that an email may be forwarded to arrange an appointment. Email was sent @ 16:38 and to date there has been NO RESPONSE. Called SCP Radiology (CapeGate) again this morning, Monday, 6 July 2026 @ 08:32, twice with the calls being dropped again. Called SCP Durbanville SCP @ 08:36 and an appointment was finalised within minutes of the call !!!!!!!

SCP Cape Gate
Julle kla dat die rekening nie deur my medies betaal was nie en bel my mal in plaas van om net n email te stuur en nou dat die rekening betaal is wil julle Lexmed gebruik om demand letters te stuur vir n rekening wat meer as 2 weke betaal was. As julle nie op julle donnerse system kan werk en sien dat dit betaal is nie is dit julle probleem, nie die klient sin nie. As julle gaan aanhou druigemente stuur sal ek regsadvies soek en dit verder vat.
