I wished that I have read the reviews before I called schmidhauser electrical. It was definitely spot on after what I have experienced. As per the attachment, no call out fee is charged. During the call, no details of rates etc was discussed which I have probably should have done. Due to an error by myself, the electrician arrived and pointed out an oversight so no physical work was required. What a surprise when I received a bill for R862.50!! What a *******. When I queried it I was told that a 10% discount rate will be given to me in good faith as no spares was used...... what a joke. Should this not have been a consideration before sending the bill but instead it is send and "let's see if there is a reaction". I have no issue paying for a service but this rate is ridiculous. Never again. I know that there will be some sort of response to this post to justify the cost....... etc etc etc.
