Excellent Service and Great Attention to Detail
I had a great experience with Schmidhauser Electrical Services. From the first phone call to the completion of the job, everything was handled professionally and efficiently. The team was punctual, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain the work clearly before getting started. I wished that I have read the reviews before I called schmidhauser electrical
I wished that I have read the reviews before I called schmidhauser electrical. It was definitely spot on after what I have experienced. As per the attachment, no call out fee is charged. During the call, no details of rates etc was discussed which I have probably should have done. Due to an error by myself, the electrician arrived and pointed out an oversight so no physical work was required. What a surprise when I received a bill for R862.50!! What a *******. When I queried it I was told that a 10% discount rate will be given to me in good faith as no spares was used...... what a joke. Should this not have been a consideration before sending the bill but instead it is send and "let's see if there is a reaction". I have no issue paying for a service but this rate is ridiculous. Never again. I know that there will be some sort of response to this post to justify the cost....... etc etc etc.
