What is Customer Service anyway?
Very very bad customer service. Had the worst experience this past 3 days. Being told I need to replace my desktop telephone and all of the wires , that I need to wait for a technician to come out… Waiting patiently not receiving ANY feedback to my mails or calls.. Luckily Jonothan answered the phone and fixed everything OVER THE PHONE?! Thank you Jonothan for dealing with my impatience… But where should I replace my phone and lines if it was just one button away to fix it?
