We recently experienced an issue with our phone lines, and once again, Gregory Watkins came to the rescue. Gregory has always been incredibly helpful in the past but today he was truly exceptional. He assisted us with a complex issue and spent over 30 minutes on the phone, patiently and tirelessly working through various solutions until the problem was fully resolved. Having worked with many technicians over the years, I can confidently say that few demonstrate the level of professionalism, patience, and attention to detail that Gregory had today.
