Very Unprofessional

Absolutely shocking service, Having tried to cancel this voip contract on a number of occasions, I thought all was good when I reached the end of the 36 month contract. I cancelled with the service agent in writing, received confirmation, after being told that I would have to pay for a further 90 days. Even though in the contract it stated that I would not need to pay for the hardware - at the end of the contract they took the hardware back. They picked the hardware up from me, yet still continue to debit my account. Not a professional company to deal with at all!
