So far, I have no complaints. They've attended to our issues straight away. I would like SCG South Africa to have better landline/portable phones available for their customers as their current brand Yealink - is a bit problematic at times. Sometimes on these devices, you can't fully hear the other person on the call and the only way is to speak to them on a speaker phone.
