Everytime I make contact with SCGSA, whether it is a small technical issue or something as big as a handset replacement under warranty, I get super service from them. Gregory Watkins, is super helpful, extremely patient, friendly and always goes above & beyond. With the replacement of the handset he kept me informed every day as to the progress. Advised me when the handset was on its way and assisted me, very patiently, to set up the new handset on our network. Thank you so much Gregory for being a super star.
