recently had an issue with our Midrand branch broadband, and Gregory Watkins at SCG TOGETHER went above and beyond to resolve it
recently had an issue with our Midrand branch broadband, and Gregory Watkins at SCG TOGETHER went above and beyond to resolve it. Not only did he ensure that everything was back online, but he also took the time to set up proper monitoring to make sure everything runs smoothly moving forward. Gregory’s professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to ensuring my connection was stable have truly impressed me. I couldn’t ask for better service!
