I personally dealt with GREGORY WATKINS at SCG South Africa and what a pleasure it was. Gregory was professional right from the start. He was thoughtful and concerned about the downtime we were experiencing and even video called me from his personal phone in order for me to show him what equipment we had. He handled the query excellently. Very pleased. I hope I deal with him again in future should it be necessary.
