I made a call this morning, reporting my company Fair discounters control room internet that was down, I spoke to Gregory, who was so friendly. He promised to following up on the issue, updates were sent to my manager and all relevant departments. At around 15:56 he called in to advise me that the internet have been restored. Emails were as well sent through for updates. Thank you so much, service appreciated.
