Gregory from SCG immediately contacted Me ( The Manager at The Brewery & Grill). When our IT technician logged a fault with our landline phones. Started the process at his quickest response gathering all information needed to help us with the repair /replacing of the Phone. He kept me in the loop everyday since with progress reports. Would have rather given him a 10 star rating if there was that option. Well done you can be proud of the service you provide Gregory!!! I personally appreciate your excellent service !!
