Gregory as always was very helpful, and attentive to the request, as we have come to expect. Shane despatched someone to site to find out what the problem could be. Similar was professional and helpful and tracked the root cause of the problem. Overall great team work and coordination. If this was done a little sooner then jtwoukd have been 5 star all the way.
