Fast, friendly staff to deal with, I had a problem with my phones, in a few minutes I hade a call form New Star Networks ‘’Trishen’’ assisted me over the phone and went above and beyond to assist me. The next day first thing he follows up with me to see if all is well. Even if the problem was not resolved over the phone ‘’Trishen’’ made sure he will not leave me in the dark he made sure he will send an engineer out to sort out my problem ASAP. Thank you so much ‘’Richard’’ to take time out of your day to resolve my problem I was extremely impressed by the quick turnaround time and service. I will recommend them without a doubt👌
