A big thank you to Greg and Simphiwe for assisting us this morning when our internet went down. Both gentlemen provided solutions while troubleshooting the issue and kept us updated on the progress. Before long, our internet was fully restored. We truly appreciate the excellent service and communication. A special thanks to Greg as well for assisting us with updating the voicemail setup on our phones — it has made our lives so much easier. Outstanding service as always!
