Warning: Avoid Scentimental SA – **** Alert

I made a purchase from Scentimental SA, ordering three perfumes and paying in full. It's now been over a week, and I haven't even received a tracking number. I've tried contacting them multiple times via email and phone, but no one has responded. This lack of communication and transparency is extremely frustrating and unprofessional. They are not even replying to emails or whatsapp messages & there is no way of calling them! buy from them at your own risk!

Based on my experience, I would advise anyone considering shopping with them to think twice. It seems like a **** operation – you pay, and then they disappear without delivering your products or offering any support. Save yourself the trouble and avoid Scentimental SA at all costs.

DO NOT BUY FROM SCENTIMENTAL SA - THEY ARE ****MERS!I made a purchase from Scentimental SA, spending R898 on three perfumes that were supposed to be delivered within 2 days as promised. It's now been 9 days, and I still haven't received my order or any valid response from them. I contacted them numerous times via email and WhatsApp, only to be ignored. Five days ago, they promised me a refund, but that hasn't happened either.This company is incredibly unprofessional and misleading. I urge anyone considering buying from them to think twice. They do not deliver on their promises, and from my experience, it seems like a complete ****. Save yourself the hassle and avoid Scentimental SA at all costs!
