Something seriously wrong with the blend

I have sent numerous emails to Sentimental telling them there is something wrong with one of the prefumes I bought out of the 4 one is really bad as if the mixture is not correct, I bought this prefume previously and smelt amazing from day one but the second bottle only smells like sandalwood, they advised to let it settle and thats why it is different I even sprayed it on something and it was so bad I had to pit it out of the room as it was giving me a headache I explained countless times something is wrong with the perfume just that one specific and they gaslight me saying I need to give it a week its not even something that any human can wear cause it makes me nauseous and headaches and its not worth putting yours though that and the worse pat is they have a 7day guarantee yet tell you to wait a week or so, is this ao the guarantee can be voided I dont know but all im asking is that swop it for what I actually ordered cause there is something seriously wrong with the one I was sent and yes I purchased the other one in July but really the difference is day and night its not the same perfume at all, even with emails back and forth they tell me to wait and dont understand that I can't use this perfume, I have bought multiple times but I think this will be the last and will not recommend anyone again.
