Scentimental SA

My interaction with Scentimental SA has left me feeling incredibly let down. I was shocked to receive unbranded perfume bottles that didn't look anything like what was advertised, along with leaking bottles, after waiting two weeks for my order to arrive. The perfumes were unsealed and leaking all over the box due to the shoddy wrapping.

In addition to being annoyed by the lengthy wait, the disregard for quality assurance and appropriate delivery standards is intolerable. Customer support was delayed and unhelpful when I contacted them.

I was hoping for high-quality materials and professional service, but what I got felt shoddy and inexpensive. To everyone searching for dependable or trustworthy perfume delivery, I cannot suggest Scentimental SA. A total disappointment!
