Scentimental grew and the standard dropped 😢

This actually makes me sad. I was once a happy customer of Scentimental. My first order had me, my husband, daughter and my mother smelling like good luxury perfume. Then Scentimental decided to drop the standard on us. My third order to Scentimental, ordered the same perfumes by the way, but oh gosh they smell like cheap knockoffs. I reached out via email twice, I got not response. Then via Instagram and I was asked me to DM them, then silence. So then I went through the WhatsApp route, to which I was told that they don't exchange perfumes that have been open/open. I thought how else was I supposed to know the scent without spraying a tester first. So now I'm stuck with perfumes that smell nothing like original. I even use one of them as a toilet spray, while the other one is stored away with no use for it. It smells so bad it's not even good enough for my toilet. Scentimental how did you lose plot? Too many customers???
