Scentimental does not live up to their claims!

Hello,

I ordered perfume from Scentimental with Order No. #28761. I received 4 bottles of perfume, of which only one smells authentic. The rest smells like palmolive soap.

The seller promises long lasting perfume that smells exactly like the original. The perfume smells nothing like the origonal and the return policy is also very deceiving.

The seller states that the buyer may only return the perfume within 7 days. They are hiding the return link for a request to return the product. I have submitted the request and the seller never responded and it is way longer than 7 days now.

I tried to contact the seller regarding this and he never responded.

I need a full refund. The perfume is nothing like the original and lasts only around 1 to 2 hours. Not like the seller states up to 24 hours!
