Quality not there

I have bought some of their fragrances, one has been great, another five average. The two I received today are terrible. I get that some fragrances need time to macerate and maturate but the two received do not even smell anywhere close to being a fragrance. The fragrances both look identical and like water. The marketing is very good (and persistent), however it does not look like the quality is there. I will no longer be purchasing from them.
